What does Drive Away mean to you?
All our cars come with the following costs included
What is it?: Stamp duty is a tax levied by state governments on official documents. It is generally payable on the purchase of motor vehicles. It is a one-off tax paid when transferring ownership, like when buying a new or used car from a dealer or privately.
What is it?: Goods and services tax (GST) is a broad-based tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia.
What is it?: Transfer fees are payable to VicRoads when a vehicle is registered or transfer is lodged.
Victorian Vehicle Registration & Number Plates
What is it?: To drive a vehicle on public roads in Victoria, it must be registered with Vicroads. Registration periods may vary depending on the registration expiry date of the vehicle you are enquiring on.
Victorian Roadworthy Certificate
What is it?: A Certificate of Roadworthiness (also known as a 'roadworthy' or 'RWC') shows that your vehicle's safe enough to be used on public roads. A roadworthy is required whenever a vehicle's sold, if it's being re-registered, and to clear some defect notices.
What is it?: Under a statutory warranty, the Dealer guarantee's that the vehicle is free from defects: at the time the buyer takes possession. This warranty is only valid for vehicles with under 160,000 KM and is only valid for 3 months or 10,000 KM (whichever occurs first)
